Airport Transfers: Airport transfers are defined and calculated as one-way non-stop transportation. Any nearby short stops during a transfer will incur an additional stop charge or charges. Multiple stops or stops “off the direct route” may result in reverting trip to hourly rates including applicable hourly minimums. Pick up or drop off locations located outside the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area may be subject to additional travel charges.
Blackhorse Limousine monitors all flights and adjusts scheduling accordingly.
Domestic Flight Wait Time: Thirty minutes of free waiting time given on all domestic airline flights from the official posted arrival time.
International Flight Wait Time: On international airline flights; chauffeurs will not arrive until approximately 15 minutes after posted arrival time to minimize wait time charges due to normal US customs delays. Additional wait time charges begin after one-hour after posted flight arrival.
Private/Charter Flight Monitoring: Due to the lack of timely and accurate information, Blackhorse Limo does not monitor private charter airline flights; therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private charter plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Cruise transfers are one-way non-stop transportation to/from Galveston Island, the Port of Galveston Cruise Terminals or the Port of Houston Cruise Terminal. Any stops during a transfer will be an additional charge. Pick up or drop off locations located outside the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area are subject to additional charges.
Cruise Terminal Arrival Monitoring: Due to the lack of timely and accurate information, Blackhorse Limo does not monitor cruise ship arrival schedules, therefore, thirty minutes of free waiting time is given on all inbound cruise transfers from either the Port of Galveston or the Port of Houston and start from the given scheduled pick up time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 30 minutes at the vehicle hourly rate. If waiting for more than one hour, waiting time will be retroactive and charged from the initial scheduled pick up time. Cruise transfers are one-way non-stop transportation. PLEASE NOTE: For Cruises, a 10% service charge (current fuel & STC surcharge) will be added to all applicable rates as outlined below. Fees for additional parking, tolls, cellular telephone usage and other items will be added, when applicable. Any additional charges will be calculated and billed at the conclusion of service.
Weekend Limousine Transfers: Limousine Transfers on Friday & Saturday may be subject to hourly minimums if they run past 5:00pm.

Additional stops en-route are charged a $25.00 per stop.
Early morning/Late night pick up between the hours 10:00PM-11:59PM and 5:00AM-8:00AM will be assessed a $10.00 charge;
Cancellation and No-Show Fees
No Shows: A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service charge plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location cancels the reservation after our vehicle was dispatched. If you cannot locate your sedan/limousine, please call(281) 256-7239 to avoid a NO-SHOW billing.

Credit Cards & Customer Accounts: All rides are billed to the customer credit card or corporate account numbers. We accept the following cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Currency Conversions: All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. All limousine & car service rates are subject to change without notice -ALL FARE MOST MEET THE CITY OF HOUSTON ORDINANCES MINIMUM OF $70 TO (FINAL TOTAL)
(Terms & Conditions) (1) A credit card is required to book. Prices quoted are an estimate on base services requested. Tolls are additional at $1.50 each. Additional time or services will result in additional charges, at standard rates, calculated at end of trip. Deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE; Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes after stated pick up time on run sheet and balance to be paid PRIOR to the beginning of each run. (2) A standard 20% gratuity will be added to ALL trips. Any gratuity amount offered to chauffeur will be considered an additional gratuity and will be added to the total. (3) Company is not responsible for delays or termination due to weather or road conditions, mechanical breakdowns previous to or during your event, unforeseen major traffic conditions; perils of navigation, accidents, or other upsets and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date and time. (4) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100 applies for each carpet or seat burn. Biohazard Sanitation fee is $250. Driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients (5) Blackhorse Limousine will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill and also injuries for mishandling of glassware. Missing/broken glasses are $10 each. Illegal activities/items are forbidden in our vehicles and the client will be responsible paying for, included but not limited to; any imposed fines, towing and/or storage, loss of use fees, attorney fees, and other reasonable charges. The chauffeur has the right to terminate run without refund at his sole discretion. The listed client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine, or its contents, caused by them or any members of their party. Smoking is prohibited by law in all vehicles. NO SMOKING or EATING. There is a minimum fee of $100 for each interior burn/damage/ extra cleaning. (5) Company is not liable for, including but not limited to; articles or any belongings left in or out of the vehicle (6) We cannot promise any particular color, year, make, or model of vehicle and for business reasons reserve the right to upgrade vehicles (at no additional charge) or use sub-contractors at any time. (7) Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond stated seating capacity. (8) LUGGAGE CAPACITY for each vehicle is as follows: 4 pieces of luggage for the Luxury Sedan Only. 6-8 pieces of luggage for the SUV only. (8) Should any part of this Agreement be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement should not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
To make your time with Blackhorse Limo an enjoyable one, we ask for your cooperation with the following: Blackhorse Limousine will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal (21) drinking age. No person shall bring contraband or illegal substances aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Blackhorse Limousine . Person(s) under the age of 21 is/are prohibited from consuming any type of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests. Upon determination that any of the above policies were violated, Blackhorse Limousine guarantees, that all our vehicles are constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards. We have the right to upgrade the vehicles or switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if vehicles were in accidents. this will only happen in emergencies. No additional charges will occur on customer side if upgrade is made without customer request. If switching occurs in the same category, or upgrades are made, it will not affect the contract and / or payment of contract. Customer’s therefore accepts that replacement limousine may be substituted if contracted limousine becomes unavailable for any reason. If any of our above guarantees or contracted terms cannot be met due to conditions outside of our control, including weather, accidents, storms and any other acts of god, including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, etc., we will use our best efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes. I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages my cause during the rental periods. I also agree to the above (Terms and Conditions). I understand and agree to pay the entire contract price of the CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW FEES.
AIRPORT PICKUP PROCEDURE
General Airport Meeting Information: Professional Chauffeurs will be looking to meet you with a greeting sign on the baggage claim level. To avoid confusion, please proceed to baggage claim whether you have checked luggage or not. We recommend that you locate your chauffeur before going to your baggage carousel; this will allow your chauffeur the opportunity to assist with your luggage and make your travels even more enjoyable.
